A Boulder County resident himself for over ten years, Christopher was born in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, then later a position in Investment Management. Wanting a career that more directly benefited all walks of life, he transitioned to Real Estate. Humanitarianism is important to Christopher, who serves on the Board of Kick for Nick, a non-profit focused on providing athletic equipment to the children of war-afflicted communities in the Middle East and Northern Africa.
With a background in Investment Management, Christopher works proficiently with investors, consulting on portfolio development, investment analysis, and risk management. Seasoned investors regularly work with him before, during, and after transactions to build their portfolios. Christopher additionally uses his financial literacy to educate Luxury Homebuyers, Second-Home Vacationers, and Retirees on acquiring a home they love to live in, and one that will move them profitably from one life-chapter to the next.
Christopher is one of a small group of brokers to have gained the Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) designation - advanced training to offer the highest level of expertise for complex mountain properties. He continually increases his knowledge in all areas of the business and stays abreast of the latest market developments. He believes that through expertise and diligence, any client can achieve above and beyond their goals.
